week two ❧ thursday
[Yo what up Magilou HERE COMES NINO... it's been almost a week since Things Happened, so while she's still got the gauze on to cover her missing eye, she seems a bit more able to move around and a bit less... you know, scarred for life.
But weird things are happening on this fine Thursday, so she's looking for Magilou in particular.

Melchior's words are like the pinprick of a needle when you're in the middle of patching up a hole in your outfit and your thread slips. there's a reason she described her illusions as "boring." she's been through this so many times before that she can recite the whole damn script from memory]
I feel like you should probably be more worried about what you'll see should these illusions affect you, too.

She supposes that might be true. That that might be her strength, after everything. She was raised by someone who tried her absolute best to quash all of that--

[Nino nods to herself quietly, expression as fierce as she can manage. It's lessened somewhat by the gauze covering one eye, and the fact that, you know, she's Nino.
But she's certain of it even so.]
Because you're my friend and my role model, and...because you're someone who doesn't understand love. So... you don't have to love me back!
But I think you deserve it. [Love, and care--Magilou absolutely deserves it.] So even if that's all I can do... I'm happy.
